This is a common method to show a calendar gadget in your Windows Vista, 7 or Windows 8 desktop (not in XP). By adding this calendar, you can see current date and calendar directly on your desktop without going to clock menu. Now let’s see how to make a calendar gadget in your desktop.
Ø Right click on Desktop.
Ø From given context menu, click on ‘Gadgets’.
Ø Then you will get ‘Gadgets’ list. From given list, double click on ‘calendar’.
Ø Now a calendar gadget will appear on your desktop.
Ø Now your calendar gadget shows only current date. If you want to show all dates in that month, then click on button to get large size.
Ø If you click on same button again, then your calendar size becomes small.
Ø If you click on same button again, then your calendar size becomes small.
